1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Sacred Cards Draw System, an opportunity-based system that allows selected customers to purchase certain limited-stock products. By entering any Draw System event on our website, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
2. Purpose of the Draw System
The Draw System is designed to give all genuine collectors and players a fair and equal chance to buy products that have limited availability. This system helps to reduce automated or bulk purchasing and maintain fairness across the community. The selection of which products appear in the Draw System is determined solely by Sacred Cards Ltd.
3. Eligibility
To enter a draw, participants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a UK resident;
- Hold a valid and registered Sacred Cards customer account
- Submit a complete and accurate entry within the advertised registration window.
Only one (1) entry per person and delivery address is permitted for each draw unless otherwise stated. Employees of Sacred Cards Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
Entries are accepted only through the official Sacred Cards website at www.sacredcards.co.uk. To participate, customers must visit the relevant product page and complete the “Enter Draw” process before the published closing time. Entries received after the deadline or incomplete entries will not be considered. There is no fee to enter a draw.
5. Selection and Notification
All valid entries will be included in a random draw process carried out after the entry period closes. Successful entrants will be notified by email and provided with instructions to complete their purchase. If a Selected Participant fails to complete the purchase within the time stated in the email, their opportunity will be forfeited and may be offered to another participant. The outcome of the draw is final. No correspondence regarding the selection process will be entered into.
6. Purchase Conditions
Selection in a draw does not guarantee purchase of additional units — only the specific item(s) offered in the notification may be purchased. Each successful participant may purchase only one (1) unit of the product per draw unless otherwise stated. Products obtained through the Draw System cannot be reserved or transferred. There is no cash alternative or equivalent value offered.
7. Verification and Fraud Prevention
Sacred Cards Ltd reserves the right to review and verify entries to ensure fairness. Any attempt to manipulate entries, use automated tools, falsify details, or breach these Terms will result in disqualification and potential account suspension. Multiple entries by the same person, household, or using different email addresses will be void.
8. System Availability and Errors
While we make every effort to ensure the Draw System runs smoothly, we are not responsible for technical errors, system downtime, or failed submissions caused by factors outside our control. If the Draw System is disrupted or corrupted, Sacred Cards Ltd may cancel, amend, or re-run the draw as deemed appropriate.
9. Data and Privacy
Personal data collected during draw registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for managing your entry, notifying results, and, if applicable, processing orders, unless specified otherwise.
10. Disqualification
Sacred Cards Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides any false information
- Attempts to manipulate results or the system
- Violates any of these Terms
- Acts in a way that undermines the fairness or integrity of the Draw System.
Disqualified participants may have their accounts suspended or banned without prior notice, if deemed necessary.
11. Liability
Sacred Cards Ltd will not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage arising from technical failures, network issues, or acts beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud resulting from our negligence.
12. Amendments and Termination
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Draw System at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
