1. About Us and These Terms

1.1 This website, www.sacredcards.co.uk (“the Website”), is owned and operated by Sacred Cards Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “the customer”) and us for:
• use of our Website; and
• the purchase of any goods offered for sale on it.

1.3 By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.4 Age and Venue
We sell collectible trading-card products online only and do not run age-restricted or licensed premises. Where products carry a manufacturer age recommendation (for example “6+”), this is for safety and suitability guidance only.

2. Products and Information

2.1 We sell sealed trading-card-game products and related accessories.

2.2 All images and descriptions are illustrative only. We make every reasonable effort to display colours and packaging accurately but cannot guarantee your device’s display.

2.3 Availability is subject to stock. We may withdraw or modify products without notice.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price payable is the one displayed at checkout.

3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using our approved payment processors (currently Stripe and PayPal).

3.4 Orders are accepted only when we issue an order-confirmation email. We may decline an order for any lawful reason (for example suspected fraud or stock error).

4. Pre-Orders and Allocations

4.1 Some items may be offered on a pre-order basis. Estimated release and dispatch dates are indicative and may change.

4.2 Manufacturers and distributors sometimes reduce (“allocate”) or delay stock. If we receive less stock than expected, we’ll fulfil pre-orders in the order they were received.

4.3 If we cannot supply your pre-order in full, we will offer: (a) a partial fulfilment with a proportional refund, or (b) a full refund—at your choice.

4.4 We do not charge your payment method until your order is confirmed for dispatch. If your payment method is authorised earlier (for example to reserve funds), we will release any unused authorisation promptly if your pre-order is reduced or cancelled.

4.5 Promotional content, card lists, and pack contents are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

5.2 Dispatch is normally within 1–3 business days after cleared payment. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5.3 During major set releases, dispatch and courier networks may experience delays beyond our control.

5.4 Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes only when full payment has cleared.

5.5 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (see Section 14 – Force Majeure).

6. Your Right to Cancel and Return Goods

6.1 Your statutory rights are protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

6.2 You may cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.3 Returned goods must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6.4 Full details are set out in our separate Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

7.1 If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, email orders@sacredcards.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

7.2 We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund once the goods are inspected.

7.3 This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Website Use and Account Security

8.1 You agree not to misuse the Website or interfere with its security.

8.2 You must not upload malicious code, use bots to scrape content, or attempt unauthorised access.

8.3 If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We are not liable for unauthorised use of your account resulting from your negligence.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All content on the Website—text, images, graphics, design, logos, and trademarks—is owned or licensed by Sacred Cards Ltd.

9.2 You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

9.3 All third-party marks (e.g., Pokémon TCG branding) are acknowledged and remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10.2 Subject to 10.1, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10.2A We are not responsible for changes to manufacturer contents, allocations, or print runs.

10.3 We are not liable for:
• losses that were not reasonably foreseeable;
• business or consequential losses;
• indirect or incidental damages; or
• delays or failures caused by third-party services beyond our control.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms periodically; changes take effect upon posting to the Website.

11A. Changes Will Not Affect Accepted Orders

11A.1 Any update to these Terms applies from the time it is posted on our Website and will not affect orders we have already accepted (as confirmed in your order-confirmation email).

12. Data Protection and Privacy

12.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.

12.2 By using our Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood that Policy.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13.1 If you have a complaint, please email info@sacredcards.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform operated by the European Commission for UK consumers, or seek mediation through an approved UK body.

13.3 This does not affect your right to take court action.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, acts of government, or supply shortages.

15. Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in full force.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Sacred Cards Ltd.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
